Do you create all the social media content or does the client provide some?
It is a mutual exercise. We create all the design assets, graphics and copy. Some projects require raw material from the client: photographs, announcements, updates. We take what you provide and turn it into content that looks and sounds like your brand.
How do you measure success on social media?
It depends on your goals. For some clients it is audience growth, for others it is engagement or direct enquiries. We define what success looks like at the start and build the content strategy around it. We do not chase vanity metrics. We focus on the numbers that actually tell you something useful.
Do you handle community management, replying to comments and DMs?
We can, depending on the project scope. Some clients want us to manage the full presence including community engagement. Others prefer to handle replies themselves while we focus on content creation and scheduling. We define this together at the start.
Which platforms do you manage?
We work across all major platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and others depending on where your audience is. We do not spread you thin across every platform. We focus on the ones that matter for your story.
Do you create the design assets for posts as well?
